    The public catalog of all 136 badges: what each one requires, and for the ones drawn from public records, the exact record anybody can check it against. Rena verifies none of them for you, and the Index says so on every card.

    Call Rena Troll Official into any thread to argue the other side of a deal. Members only, and the check is on the server rather than on the button, so it holds.
