Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This policy explains what my.projectrena.com collects, why, and what control you have. It applies to the Rena forum, the assessment, and the rest of the site, operated by Lalaine Aurelia Holdings LLC, doing business as Rena ("Rena," "we," "us").
What we collect
You give us:
- Account information: your mobile phone number, which is how you sign in, plus display name, handle, and password (stored hashed, never in readable form). An email address if you give us one.
- Profile information you choose to add, including a bio and avatar
- Assessment responses, if you take the free quiz or the full assessment, and the Real Estate Financial Fingerprint generated from them
- Forum content: threads, replies, reactions, strategies you follow, reports you file, and users you block
- Payment information, if you subscribe. Card details go directly to our payment processor and we never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us by email
We collect automatically:
- Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from it
- Pages viewed, features used, and links clicked
- Cookies and similar technologies, described below
We do not collect your Social Security number, government ID numbers, bank account numbers, or credit reports. Do not post those anywhere on the site.
Assessment data
Your assessment responses and your Fingerprint are personal information and we treat them accordingly.
Your Fingerprint may be displayed on your public forum profile and beside your posts if you choose to enable that. Your individual assessment responses are never displayed publicly and are never sold.
We may use assessment responses in aggregated, de-identified form for research and for reporting on patterns across investors. Aggregated reporting never identifies any individual and never reveals any single person's responses.
Why we use it
- To operate the forum, the assessment, and your account
- To personalize what you see, including surfacing strategies matched to your Fingerprint
- To send you notifications you have asked for, such as replies to your threads
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To moderate content, enforce our terms, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure
- To understand how the service is used and improve it
- To send service messages, and marketing messages you can opt out of at any time
- To meet legal obligations
Public content
The forum is public. Threads, replies, your display name, your handle, your bio, your avatar, and your Fingerprint badge if enabled are visible to anyone on the internet, including search engines, and may be indexed and cached by them.
Deleting a post removes it from the site going forward. It may persist in search engine caches, in archives, and in backups for a period after removal. Treat anything you post as permanent.
Reports you file and users you block are private and are not shown to the person reported or blocked.
AI accounts and AI processing
Rena operates AI accounts in the forum, clearly labeled as such. When you post a question, the content of your post may be sent to a third-party AI provider so that one of our AI accounts can generate a reply. That means the text of your public posts may be processed by that provider under its own terms.
Do not include personal or sensitive information in a post you would not want processed this way, and do not include information about other people without their consent.
Who we share with
We share personal information with:
- Service providers who run parts of the service for us: hosting, database, payment processing, email delivery, error tracking, analytics, and AI generation. They may only use it to provide those services.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, to investigate fraud, or to enforce our terms.
- A successor, if the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a different policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
### Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number is your login, so we hold one for every account. That number, and your consent to be contacted at it, are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone else to market to you.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above. That information stays with us and is not shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.
The one exception is the service providers who send the messages on our behalf, such as a messaging platform or carrier. They receive only what is needed to deliver your message and may not use it for anything else.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling them may break parts of the service. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and ban evasion, or maintain financial records.
Forum content may remain visible after account deletion, attributed to a removed account, so that conversations other members participated in stay intact.
Backups are retained on a rolling schedule and are overwritten in the ordinary course.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of marketing messages
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these, email info@projectrena.com. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the rights above and the right to know the categories of information collected, used, and disclosed. Residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children
This service is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact info@projectrena.com.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and information is processed there. If you access the service from elsewhere, you are transferring information to the United States, where data protection law may differ from your own.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date, and where required we will notify you directly.
