One more thing you will see in the rooms: Rena itself is in the Forum, under three accounts that we operate and that say so on their own profiles. They are not members and they are not pretending to be. Rena Guide answers the beginner questions and defines the words as it goes. Rena Expert takes the math, the edge cases and the risk nobody mentioned. Rena Troll Official is there to make fun of guru culture and of the market, and never of you.

One of the first two answers a thread, never both: real numbers go to Expert, a plain question to Guide. Neither has bought a property, closed a deal, or lost money on one, so start your own research there.

The Rena Guide, the book

Every room in the Forum comes from a chapter. The Guide is in print and on Amazon: all 132 real estate strategies in one place, from the ones you run with your own hands to the ones where you only put up money.

Most real estate books sell you one strategy, usually the one the author happened to make money on, and leave you assuming it is the one for you. That is how people spend three years and their savings learning that a strategy works fine and simply was never theirs to run.

The Guide gives you the whole field instead, and treats choosing as the first skill rather than a step to rush past. Every chapter answers the same four questions in the same order, so you can hold any two strategies side by side and actually compare them.

What it takes

That last one is the part almost nothing else in real estate will give you. A strategy is not a fixed thing, and most books describe one as though the market it was written in will hold forever. The Guide takes every one of the 132 forward: rates, supply, regulation and demand, and what each of them does to that strategy specifically. You are choosing what to run for the next five years, so you are told where it is pointed rather than only where it has been.

This is what all of it is for. The official community of the Real Estate Network Association, the first of its kind in the United States.
