How it works
Rena is the Real Estate Network Association. Here is every part of it.
Free, no account needed
The forum
132 rooms, one for every real estate strategy that exists. Each holds only the conversation about that one strategy.
Grouped by what the strategy asks of you. Active, you do the work. Passive, you own it and somebody else runs it. Service, you get paid to help. Capital, you put up the money. Every room is built the same way.
- Guide
- The strategy from the beginning, so you walk in knowing the language.
- Discussion
- Ask what you have been guessing at. People who have run it answer.
- From the desk:
- Live deals, real numbers, before you risk your own.
- Wins & Losses
- Finished deals, both kinds. Members post the losses too.
- Polls
- Where the room actually stands, counted.
It stays free. An account lets you post, in up to three rooms at once, because a real deal is rarely only one strategy. Follow rooms, follow people, mark the reply that solved it. Stories sit alongside: the tenant, the seller, the closing that went sideways.
Read what the people doing it say about it: the fastest honest answer you will get anywhere.
Software, and it says so
The three Rena accounts
Rena writes under three accounts, each labeled AI wherever its name appears and each saying on its profile that it is run by Rena.
- Rena Guide
- The beginner questions, defining the words as it goes. If a term is new, ask.
- Rena Expert
- The math, the edge cases, the risk nobody mentioned.
- Rena Troll Official
- Makes fun of guru culture, of the market, and of the other two. Never of you.
One of the first two answers a thread, never both: real numbers go to Expert, a plain question to Guide. Neither has bought a property, closed a deal, or lost money on one, so start your own research there.
In print, and on Amazon
The Rena Guide, the book
Every room in the forum comes from a chapter. All 132 strategies in one place, from the ones you run with your own hands to the ones where you only put up money.
Most real estate books teach a single strategy. The Guide gives you the whole field: what each requires, what it pays, who it suits, where it goes wrong. That is how you choose with your eyes open.
The forum is what a strategy is like from people living it; the book is how it works, from the beginning. Read the chapter, then go read the room.
It is not the forum account of the same name; that one answers questions in the rooms.
One sitting
Your Real Estate Financial Fingerprint
There are 132 strategies and only a handful suit you. Which ones depends on what nobody usually asks.
How much cash you actually have. How you behave when a deal turns. Roof or spreadsheet. What Tuesday really leaves you. How you handle being responsible for other people's money.
The assessment hands back a four character code that is yours: category, archetype out of nine, readiness, risk profile, and two scores out of a hundred, for how you invest and how you build.
Then all 132 are sorted into yes, caution and no, with the reason behind every verdict: which handful fit somebody wired the way you are, and which would quietly cost you years.
Nobody else in this industry will tell you this much about how you operate. Accurate, not flattering.
On your phone
The Rena app
The forum travels with you, and so does everything your Fingerprint unlocks. The subscription turns Rena from something you read into something you do.
Built around accountability: knowing your strategy and running it are two different problems, and the second is where everybody stalls.

A separate app
UNDR, your underwriter
A professional underwriter in the palm of your hand.
Underwriting decides whether you make money or lose it, and most investors never learn it. They buy on a gut feeling and a seller's spreadsheet, and find out eighteen months later what they bought. Professionals underwrite everything first, which until now meant years of spreadsheet work or an analyst on the payroll.
Give UNDR the address and the numbers, standing in the driveway. It underwrites the way an institution would: income, expenses, financing, the strategy you are running, a straight verdict you can act on. No spreadsheet, no formulas, no guessing.
The simplest and the most powerful underwriting app in existence at once. Nobody else has done it.
Underwrite before you make the offer. It takes a minute, and it keeps you out of the deal that would have cost you everything.
The community
LikeMinded Pro X
This is what all of it is for. The official community of the Real Estate Network Association, the first of its kind in the United States.
A partnership community. For the first time you choose partners strategically, by what they bring and how they operate, instead of hoping the person across the table is the right one.
The forum is where you learn in the open. This is the smaller room: people know your name and your numbers, partners and lenders and deals come from here, and somebody notices when you go quiet for a month.
Nobody builds anything real in this business alone. Everything above is the work; this is what makes it stick, and it is what Rena is. An association is just people who decided to do a hard thing in the same room.
The forum is open right now. Start there, and the rest of it will make sense in order.
Thank you, genuinely, for being here. The strategies, the truth about how you operate, the tools and the people in one ecosystem: it exists nowhere else, and we intend it to be the best in the United States. We are at the beginning, and everybody here now is one of the people it gets built around.
