Sample agreement defines "contracted contact" at 90 seconds but never defines "qualified lead"
Going through a calling vendor's service agreement before I commit to anything. Section 3 defines a contracted contact as a live conversation of at least 90 seconds with a person at a number associated with the property owner. That's precise and I like it. Then section 4 says the monthly minimum is 400 contracted contacts, and section 6 talks about delivery of qualified leads, and qualified lead appears nowhere in the definitions page.
So I'm billed on one term and the thing I actually want is described with a different, undefined one. Is that normal in these agreements or is it a sign of a sloppy shop? And what would a tight definition of qualified lead even look like if I asked them to add one.
