Paying $400 a month for a CRM I use as a contact list
I have one of the big real estate CRMs, the plan is around $400 a month, and I went and looked at what I actually use in it. Contacts, notes, and a search box. That's it. No sequences running, no forms connected, the dialer has never been opened.
So the number that bothers me is that I'm paying platform pricing for something a free tool does. Do people hire a consultant at that point, or is the correct move to cancel and start over on something cheaper? I'd rather know which mistake I'm making before I pay someone to tell me.
