Does anyone actually know what a fair CPL benchmark is for motivated seller leads in coastal California right now
I've been quoted anywhere from $85 to $340 per lead by three different agencies in the last six weeks, all claiming their number is competitive for the Southern California market. The range is so wide I can't tell if someone is padding or if the market just varies that much by zip code. My properties are in the Inland Empire and I'm trying to figure out if a campaign targeting distressed sellers in San Bernardino County should look more like the low end or the high end of that range. One agency said $340 is realistic because of competition from iBuyers still running ads in that corridor. Another said $85 is achievable if I'm not trying to hit coastal zip codes. I have no way to verify either claim without spending money first. Anyone who has run campaigns in that specific region in the last twelve months, what are you actually seeing land in your account?
