Do small wholesaler groups really share one software login, and what does the stack actually cost

Taking the terms first. A CRM is the contact database that tracks each seller lead from first call to contract. Skip tracing means running an owner's name and address through a data vendor to get phone numbers and emails, usually priced per record. A dispo platform is a marketplace where a wholesaler posts a property already under contract so cash buyers can see it, dispo being short for disposition, the selling side of the deal.

Rough market pricing, and it moves around: skip tracing runs a few cents to maybe fifteen cents a record in bulk, a wholesaler CRM tends to sit somewhere between $50 and $150 a month per user, list pulling from a data provider is often around $100 a month, and e-sign is $20 to $40. So $99 total for four people is only possible if they're sharing one seat, which most vendor terms of service prohibit outright. The account gets shut off rather than the members getting sued, but it gets shut off at the worst moment.

The cleaner version is each member paying for their own low tier and the group jointly funding the one expensive thing, usually the data pull.

Something worth sorting out before you join a shared anything: whose data is it when the group stops getting along. Seller lists built from a shared account walk out the door with whoever's email is on the login. Groups that write down who owns the list, even in a one-page agreement, avoid a fight later. And calling or texting numbers off a skip trace brings do-not-call and text-consent rules into play, which vary by state and are worth an hour with an attorney rather than a group chat consensus.
