Does a micro-wholesaler network ever actually protect you if a member misrepresents a deal to a seller
I have two duplexes and I stay very far from anything that could drag me into a legal mess I did not create. But I keep seeing these groups pitched as safer than going solo, and I want to know if that is real. If someone in a nine-person network tells a seller something false to get a contract signed, what actually happens to the other eight when that deal blows up?
