One agent across everything, or a different one in each market?
Few deals in and I've hit a wall with the agent I've been using. She's excellent in the county she lives in and completely lost twenty minutes north, where the inventory I actually want is now. She doesn't know the streets and she doesn't know the appraisers.
I don't especially want to have the awkward conversation, and there's also the question of whether an exclusive buyer agreement even lets me run two agents at once in different areas. Anyone splitting by geography? Does that work in practice or does it just annoy everyone and leave you with two people who each half care?
