what software am I actually supposed to be paying for
Building my buyer list before I chase anything. I'm at eleven investors, mostly from two meetups and a couple of cash sales I found at the county recorder.
Everywhere I look someone is selling a stack. Skip tracing, a dialer, a CRM, a comps tool, a list builder, driving for dollars app. Somebody told me you need $500 a month minimum to be taken seriously and somebody else said a spreadsheet is fine for the first year. For reverse wholesaling specifically I don't get why I'd pay for a big seller list tool when the whole point is I already know what I'm hunting. What are people actually paying for and what did you drop after a month?
