What you want is language in every agreement that makes disbursement contingent on cleared receipt, plus a wire cutoff in there so you're not the backstop for platform delays. What she actually wanted was visibility into how the fee was calculated, which you can give her with a PDF that shows gross booking, your percentage, net to her, dated to the Airbnb release. Same information, zero custody of her funds. The four days Airbnb held on an unrelated listing is not recoverable from your end no matter how good your float is, but if you're just the invoice sender and she's the payout recipient, those four days are her problem to manage with her own buffer, not yours to absorb.
