Who is the host of record if I'm the co-host?
Reading a draft co-hosting agreement and two clauses don't sit together. One says I'll be added as co-host on the owner's existing Airbnb account. Another says I'm an independent contractor acting as agent for the owner, and that I'm responsible for "guest issues arising during stays."
If a guest breaks a $2,000 dining table, or a neighbor files a noise complaint with the city, who is the party on the hook? The owner's account is the one the platform sees. My name is the one on the messages. Documents interest me more than cabins do, and this one seems to leave the answer out.
