Can a VA actually handle contractor coordination or is that a bad idea
I do renovation work and I'm now on the investing side, and the part that's killing me is scheduling. Six trades, none of them answer the phone at the same time, and I spend my evenings texting people to confirm what they already said they'd do.
Somebody suggested a VA for this. My gut says no, because the reason the scheduling is hard isn't the calls, it's that a plumber saying "Tuesday" means Tuesday or Thursday and you only know which by how he says it. That's not something you hand to someone who's never stood on a job site.
But I might be wrong. Anyone actually done this? I'm not asking about lead gen or data entry, I mean live trade coordination on an active job.
