Per door or per entity, how do people price landlord books?
I've got two landlord clients on the books now and I priced them both at $150 a month flat, which I'm pretty sure was a mistake. One is nine doors inside a single LLC, one operating account, one credit card, statements arrive on time. The other is six doors across three LLCs, two of which have their own accounts and one of which pays for everything and gets reimbursed whenever he remembers. The second one takes me about four times as long as the first.
So what's the actual unit people price on? Per door, per entity, per bank account, or just hourly and stop pretending?
