Do dispo services touch a buyer who is still working toward a first deal, or is that backwards
Dispo networks get mentioned by active investors like they are just part of the process, and for anyone coming up outside the wholesale world it is worth asking plainly what they are for. Picture a buyer six months out from a first buy and hold, probably a duplex in the 180 to 220 range in a market like Tacoma, who has spent enough time on walk throughs to hear how deals move but has never been on the receiving end of one. The question for that buyer is whether any of this touches them at all or whether it is purely a wholesaler tool. Would a buyer network ever surface an off MLS deal to someone at that stage, or does that only work for buyers already inside the wholesale ecosystem somehow? It is worth hearing from the dispo side whether a first time buy and hold buyer is even the kind of buyer these services care about.
