Our content contractor's AI caption said "ideal for a young professional couple"
An owner forwarded me a screenshot of a caption on one of our rental listings: "ideal for a young professional couple, walk to the brewery." She drafted it in an AI tool and it went straight to the feed, because our scope of work lets her publish without review.
Two things I can't answer. Our management agreement puts the advertising obligation for the units on us, and her contractor agreement has a one-line indemnity with no insurance requirement sitting behind it. Does anyone actually get media or professional liability out of a solo content contractor, and does it cover advertising claims? Second, the page turns out to be under her business email rather than ours, which I found while pulling this apart. How are people structuring approval and account ownership so every caption isn't a call to counsel?
