Has anyone actually had a network send them a deal they could close in under 30 days

My brother and I closed nine doors ourselves and every one took patience, but right now I'm preparing to scale and a few people in my market keep telling me to plug into a local micro-wholesaler group for faster deal flow. What I can't figure out is whether the speed pitch is real. Not "it depends," I mean has anyone in one of these groups actually sourced and closed something in under 30 days start to finish, and if so was the deal actually at a number that worked or did speed just mean you overpaid to keep the group happy.

Closed a fourplex in 22 days last spring through a tight three-person wholesaler setup in Columbus, and the number worked. Bought at 67k per unit in a neighborhood comping closer to 85, so it was not a desperation buy. The speed was real because the wholesaler had already done the title prelim and had a motivated seller who had already moved out of state before we even looked at it. What I would want to know before plugging into any group is how many of their deals in the last 12 months actually closed versus how many got assigned and then fell apart at inspection.
