Finally got my first MHP under contract, 34 lots in Fresno County, closes April 18
Lot rent is $395 and I have signed leases on 31 of the 34. The other three are vacant pads, no homes sitting on them. Seller says they're "ready to fill" but I have not seen a permit, a pad spec, or a hookup cost anywhere in the disclosures. What did you actually spend to bring a vacant pad to move-in ready in California in the last two years?
