Every time someone writes "this was a gift from my parents" and sends just the letter, the underwriter kicks it back wanting the bank statement from the parents showing the withdrawal on or near the same date as the deposit. October is far enough back that your parents' statement might only show on one month's document, so make sure the withdrawal date lines up or you'll be writing a second LOE explaining the gap.
