Agency-trained VA or a raw hire the agency just recruits for me?
Two agencies quoted me and they're selling opposite things.
The first says their people come out of a four week program on real estate terminology and the common CRMs, and they charge a premium for it. The pitch is that I get someone productive in week one.
The second says training is theater, everybody's process is different, and they'd rather recruit me someone sharp with no real estate background and let me train them into my system. Cheaper, and they say retention is better because the person learns a job that only exists at my company.
I'm still fuzzy on a lot of this so maybe I'm missing why one is obviously better. To me the first sounds good if you don't know what you want yet and the second sounds good if you already have written process. I have neither.
