Has anyone actually compared what their VA agency charges per closed deal versus what they'd have spent hiring the same labor direct
I'm trying to put a number on this because I'm about four months into an agency seat arrangement, paying $1,850 a month for what amounts to lead follow-up and some transaction admin on the Lakewood flip and the Albuquerque rental. The work is getting done. I don't hate the relationship. But I have no idea if the per-outcome math holds up compared to finding someone on my own in the Philippines or Colombia and running them through a system I own. The agency pitches consistency and bench depth when someone leaves, which I get, but I've never actually seen what that bench costs me in margin versus the risk I'd carry going direct. Anyone who has run both and has actual numbers, I want to know what the gap looked like.
