Why does my title company keep asking who my end buyer is before they'll even open the file

Happened again this week. Third time in six months with this same company in Columbus, and I finally just asked the closer directly why she needs that before we have a purchase agreement on the second leg. She said "we need to know the deal is real." I've been sitting with that for four days. The deal is real, I have a signed contract with the seller at 74,500, I have transactional funding lined up, I have a buyer at 91,000 who I am not putting in front of her until I know this title company is actually going to run both closings. She's asking me to hand her the leverage she needs to go around me, and calling it due diligence.
