Do I hire a person for social or just learn to do it badly myself?
I've got one small rental going live in the spring and I've been reading everything twice, which is how I found this room. Two providers have come up in my research at pretty different shapes. One is $600 a month for twelve posts and a monthly plan call. The other is $250 for a one time setup, teaching me the workflow, and then I run it.
What's stopping me from just picking the cheap one is that I don't know if I'll actually do it. I know myself. The $600 buys the thing existing. The $250 buys a skill I might never use.
The other thing pulling at me is that I keep reading that the content itself is getting easier to produce, which suggests learning it now is a decent bet because the tools will keep doing more of the work. But if that's true it also means the $600 person is going to get cheaper, so maybe I wait.
One small landlord, one unit, no team. Which one do you buy first?
One rental, spring vacancy. What do you buy?
