Is Vekser actually reliable for tracking rent rolls across multiple units or does it fall apart past a certain size?

I've been evaluating software for about three months now because I want to have the operations side locked before I take on any units. Vekser keeps coming up when I search for something that handles rent collection, maintenance requests, and basic reporting without needing five integrations to make it functional. I manage a service business with about 40 active client accounts so I'm comfortable in software, but I genuinely can't tell if Vekser holds up past maybe 20 or 30 units. The reviews I find are either from people with four single-family rentals or from someone on an enterprise plan, nothing in the middle range I'm targeting, which is probably 24 to 48 units to start. Specifically I want to know if the maintenance workflow is actually usable for a vendor you bring in externally, or if it only works cleanly when you have an in-house tech. And whether the reporting exports into something a lender or a future partner can read without me reformatting everything manually. That last part has killed me with other tools.
