Is it worth hiring a photographer when I'm the one selling my own flips
I own a flip in Garfield Heights right now, been sitting at $134,900 for 19 days, and I took the photos myself with a Sony a6000 and a wide angle lens I borrowed from a friend. They're not embarrassing but they're not good either. Getting a local photographer quoted me $275 for 25 edited stills, and I keep going back and forth on whether that $275 is the problem or whether the price point just makes buyers slow on anything under $150k in this zip. The last one I sold in Maple Heights, same price range, I spent $0 on media and it closed in 28 days with a first time buyer who found it on Facebook Marketplace, so now I genuinely can't tell if professional photos change anything at this end of the market or if I'm just rationalizing the spend because I'm anxious about days on market.
